My, my, my, the Volturi make bad look oh so good. Thanks to MSN, we can now bring you the latest Twilight Saga: Eclipse promotional art. This one comes in the form of a tantalizing poster featuring the central villains in both the books and the films, the mysterious, super powered vampire aristocracy, the Volturi. Comprised of Jane (Dakota Fanning), Alec, Demetri, and Felix, the cloaked four promise to check up on Edward and Bella in Eclipse, the third Twilight  movie.

Jane can inflict pain with not but a thought. Alec, Jane’s brother, acts as a shield in combat, his mere proximity enough to cut off one’s senses completely. Demetri is a tracker not unlike James from the first Twilight film and Felix is big, like a linebacker. Together they enforce vampire laws whether other covens like it or not.

Dakota Fanning told Oprah the part of Jane was the type of role she always wanted and that since filming New Moon, Eclipse, and The Runaways with Kristen Stewart, the gals have become best friends. The Volturi will visit a theater near you June 30th in Eclipse, and also in Breaking Dawn starting November 11th, 2011.
