Pals Dakota Fanning and Alessandra Garcia-Lorido pick up their step as they arrive at L.A. Fitness in Studio City, Calif., on Tuesday afternoon (December 29).

After working out, the duo caught up with the rest of the Garcia family and headed to the movies. Alessandra is the daughter of actor Andy Garcia.

Dakota, 15, caught up with Access Hollywood at the New Moon premiere early last month and revealed a bit, but not much about the kiss between her and costar Kristen Stewart in the upcoming The Runaways.

She dished, “It happens! We play Joan Jett and Cherie Currie who were best friends and in real life we [Kristen and I] have gotten closer. [The kiss] is something that went down in the 70s (laughs).”
